The Recruiting Office is looking for someone to fill the role of Deputy Recruiting Officer two help with current projects. Which theses Projects are on going and reoccurring to help the RS ranks overall growth. One of the new Projects that is currently in the process of being developed is a recruitment video.

If successful it will be the first of its kind for the RS and will give us a new medium for future projects. A person with knowledge of Video/Audio Multi Media is a plus but not required for getting this position. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office products like: Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar equivalent for creating logs.

The Duties for this position are as follows but are not limited to:

• Uses all current and newly developed RS materials in recruitment drives.
• Posts messages, links, or advertisements on forums, groups, clubs, and messages boards where appropriate.
• Contacting others by word of mouth, E-Mail, chat rooms, IM’s, ETC….
• Communicating with other RS members to gather suggestions and see what the RS’s overall needs are.
• Logging all recruitment activities and project progression as directed.
• Uses RS knowledge and channels to answer questions of potential new members.
• Establish and maintain points of contact with perspective new members.
• Assists in helping to get New Recruits place by contacting The RS Training Officer or appropriate Fleet Commanders as needed.

Watch your formatting when posting news articles. It seems you can screw up the whole front page from there.. I've since fixed it.
